The day-of coordinator typically arrives around 4 weeks before the big day. This is where you meet and go through your wedding plans. You then hand your planning over to your coordinator.
What’s missing
Day-of coordination is an entirely separate service. As you can see, it is a completely different experience than hiring a full-service planner for your wedding. So make sure that your expectations are realistic.
Coordinators can handle every aspect of running the wedding day. Your coordinator should not be responsible for sourcing vendors, finding photographers at the last minute, or setting your budget.

You might not include packing down for the wedding. The day-of coordinator typically clocks in after all the guests have left the venue. It might be your coordinator, not the venue, that has to clear or pack away anything.
Your coordinator might not have the ability to help you with styling tasks. All styling materials and crafting tasks should be completed before the big event.
